Rehabilitation methods
+ Stima Well electrostimulation €39
A unique, patented therapy system for easing back pain, strengthening muscles and delivering deep therapeutic massage. The stimulation mat combines gentle electrical impulses, therapeutic heat and dynamic deep waves. Electrical nerve stimulation activates the body's natural pain-relief mechanisms and endorphin release, while strengthening the back muscles and reducing load on the spine. Helps: relieve back and muscle pain, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation and tissue oxygenation, strengthen the back muscles and improve freedom of movement. Duration: 30 minutes.
+ Shockwave therapy €39–59
A non-invasive medical treatment using high-energy acoustic waves to target muscle and tendon conditions — especially where massage and physical therapy haven't given the desired result. Stimulates tissue repair and metabolism, promotes collagen synthesis, breaks down calcifications, improves circulation and speeds up the reduction of inflammation and pain. Results are often felt after the first few sessions. Recommended for chronic muscle pain, tendon conditions and tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, Achilles tendon damage, epicondylitis and other chronic pain. Duration: 5–15 minutes. Course: 4–8 sessions, 1–2 times a week.
+ Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS) €30
A progressive therapy that stimulates muscles without direct skin contact — especially suited to sensitive patients. Used after injury and surgery, as it significantly speeds up recovery of the musculoskeletal system, eases pain, prevents muscle and nerve atrophy and relieves muscle spasm. Recommended for arthritis, osteochondrosis and other acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Painless, with no side effects; improvement can be seen after just a few sessions. Contraindications: pregnancy, oncological conditions, conductive metal implants in the treated area, pacemakers or other electronic systems in the body. Duration: 15–30 minutes.
+ Physical therapy €15–39
Eases pain, reduces inflammation, strengthens muscles and improves mobility — effective both after injury and surgery, and for chronic conditions such as back pain or arthritis. Infrared therapy (15 min) — photobiomodulation using six specialised lamps, improves microcirculation, reduces tissue hypoxia and inflammation, and promotes muscle relaxation. Stima Well electrostimulation — medium-frequency impulses tailored to the patient's condition, combining pain, muscle and heat therapy with a dynamic deep massage. Electrotherapy (15–20 min, SMS/DDS/TENS/interference therapy) — nerve and muscle stimulation with a pain-relieving, relaxing effect. Ultrasound and phonophoresis (5–15 min) — micro-massage and micro-vibration at tissue level; eases pain and inflammation, recommended for arthrosis, spondylosis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Magnetotherapy (15–25 min) — a low-frequency magnetic field with an anti-inflammatory, anti-swelling effect. Laser therapy — pulsed impulses for tissue regeneration and wound healing, recommended for osteochondrosis, arthrosis/arthritis and neuralgia.
+ Cold therapy — whole-body cryo-massage €39
Cryotherapy uses cooled nitrogen (down to -160°) to cool the skin's surface (to a depth of up to 5 mm), while the face and neck stay open to warm air. It activates metabolism, promotes the breakdown of subcutaneous fat and removal of excess fluid, stimulates the body's own collagen and elastin production, improves tissue microcirculation, and mobilises the immune, cardiovascular, nervous and endocrine systems. The treatment is safe and carried out under a doctor's supervision, lasting up to three minutes. Recommended for: excess weight and cellulite, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis), headaches, post-injury and post-surgery states, back/neck/joint pain, insomnia, anxiety and stress, chronic fatigue syndrome, and erectile dysfunction.
+ Halotherapy €10–15
A visit to the salt room helps remove toxins from the body — a special device disperses mineral salt particles into the air, which enter the body through the respiratory tract and act immediately. Sessions are also available for children. Recommended both preventively and therapeutically: for respiratory conditions, to strengthen immunity, for detoxification and for general recovery.
+ Hydrotherapy €39–139
One of the oldest forms of treatment — recommended for cardiovascular, neurological and gynaecological conditions, and helps reduce body weight and body measurements. Therapeutic ozone bath and pearl bath — heat therapy with natural extracts (sea salt, bischofite mineral, turpentine, algae). Charcot shower — a toning body massage with high-pressure water jets. Classic underwater massage — a full-body massage using a pressurised water jet, with natural extracts added. Underwater vacuum massage — a full-body vacuum massage in a special medical bath. SPA programmes with underwater massage — Thalasso / Imperial / Organic.
+ Therapeutic mud and wrap treatments €25–139
Therapeutic mud application (30 min) — mud applied in a layer up to 10 cm thick, at a temperature of 38–42°. Ozokerite ("mountain wax") application, one area (30 min). Mud wrap treatment in a water bed (40 min) — peat, sapropel, sea or volcanic mud. Therapeutic wrap treatment in a water bed (40 min) — clay, tar, naphthalan, algae. Cosmetic wrap treatment in a water bed (40 min) — Thalasso / Imperial / Organic. Laminaria De Luxe (40 min). "Pure Spring" SPA programme (90 min) — steam bath, turpentine bath and wrap, oxygen inhalation, a cleansing treatment. Thalasso — marine-based ingredients (algae, sea salt, coral). Imperial — ingredients containing precious stones and metals (silver, gold, amber, pearls). Organica — natural ingredients (camel and goat milk, chocolate, coffee, aloe, rose, lavender).
+ Climate therapy €5–39
One of the oldest treatment methods — used both preventively and therapeutically for respiratory conditions and various occupational illnesses. Helps strengthen immunity and supports the body's detoxification and recovery.
